On Saturday the 21st of June 2014 the club is hosting a fund raising event in aid of those affected by the recent mining disaster in Turkey.

A great fundraising event in aid of the families and children of the recent mining disaster in Soma, Turkey. Great live music from  Old Man Pie, Leo Brazil and more; entertainment and performance from an array of local acts; gorgeously delicious food from the Turkish cuisine; auctions and many more surprises! The event is child friendly as it starts at 2.00 pm. Please come along and share this event with us! You won't regret it.

After the main event starting at 7.30pm there will an open mike session for members and visitors alike led by Dan Greenwood. Please bring your songs, stories, poems, guitars, girlfriends, boyfriend, hurdy gurdies whatever.
